The Center is working on several projects that help to highlight the vibrant history of the mountains. Help us complete Color Beyond The Lines, the history of black education in the mountains, Raising Cane, the role rivercane played in Cherokee culture and help us kick off our effort to document Helene's affect on the mountains and how knowing our region's history can help protect us.
